What you will do

• Support Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes based on team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles and foster team self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters in Agile skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to ensure project transparency and successful Agile adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing more than one Scrum team.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methods.
• Ability to create, implement, and improve Agile processes for diverse teams and projects.
• Experience working on large projects or in large companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II/III, CSP-SM or similar).
• Strong skills in running Scrum meetings and team workshops.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• English: Fluent (at least B2 level) required.
