What you will do

• Serve as the guiding force for a cross-functional development team.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized backlog and realistic sprint goals.
• Actively identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coach agile principles, values, and best practices, specifically tailored to DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain transparency and align goals.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software industry.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Prior experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for application lifecycle (design through implementation and into operations).
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in globally distributed and cross-cultural teams.

Nice to have

• Software development experience.
• Familiarity with backlog grooming, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Eagerness to understand the business domain and become a subject matter expert.
