What you will do

• Drive and continuously improve Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
• Facilitate team execution, sprint planning, and delivery flow by removing impediments.
• Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and high-performance collaboration.
• Coordinate between technical, product, business, and legal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track and analyze key delivery metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Management role within IT.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery management across the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills with a strong servant-leadership mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (EazyBI, Plans, Big Picture) and Confluence.
• English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling/Betting or other high-load regulated industries.
• Background in product-driven companies.
• Agile or project management certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMP, etc.).
