What you will do

• Lead and operate autonomously, making strategic decisions for digital projects.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans, identifying and addressing risks.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and build relationships with important partners.
• Develop junior project managers and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate technological advancements into project management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing web and mobile app development projects in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or FinTech sectors.
• Experience with leadership, promoting agreement and accountability across teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Experience with the Product Operating Model.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or PMP certifications.
