What you will do

• Run Agile meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Lead sprint demos and manage releases, coordinating with other teams to remove blockers.
• Maintain and keep the Scrum/Kanban board (Jira/Trello) clean and up to date.
• Protect the team from distractions to ensure focus on their goals.
• Help the team organize itself while ensuring smooth progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and refine the backlog.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Proven track record of leading successful demos and managing releases.
• Strong familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• English level: Intermediate+ (B2).
