Scrum Master II (Agile)

TL;DR

Scrum Master II (Agile): Implementing the Scrum Framework and Agile processes across multiple Scrum teams with an accent on fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and managing inter-team dependencies. Focus on driving program-level objectives, leveraging AI-assisted Agile tooling, and advanced Jira expertise to streamline workflows and reporting.

Location: Remote (US). A hybrid schedule would be required for those within commutable distance to one of the offices (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Full remote considered for those outside of commutable distance.

Salary: $70,000–$135,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus.

What you will do

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders (Product Managers, RTEs, Product Owners) to align strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple teams and lead PI Planning breakout sessions.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and foster continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate and manage inter-team dependencies for smooth program initiative delivery.
• Support Product Owners with managing product roadmaps and coaching on backlog management.
• Utilize AI-enabled Agile tools and provide hands-on Jira expertise for workflow customization and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management and scaling Agile across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in Jira administration and reporting, including workflow customization.
• Experience with AI-driven Agile or productivity tools preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-team Agile initiatives and managing complex dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area preferred.
• Scrum.org PSM II or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification preferred.
• English: B2 required.
• Location: Must be authorized to work and reside in the US.
