Location: This position is hybrid in San Jose, CA, including office time with local team members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during non-overlapping hours to engage with remote colleagues across time zones.

Salary: $136,500–$253,500 (annual range for California)

What you will do

• Support sales engagements by developing customer deployment solutions and integrations.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line product support for key customers.
• Support the product development lifecycle and help design product enhancements.
• Contribute towards software product quality and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain high-level knowledge of the technology landscape and data center industry.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in technical science or engineering.
• 3+ years’ recent experience with systems integration and data flow management.
• 3+ years’ recent experience with distributed computing systems and databases.
• 1+ year’s recent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, Secure Development Lifecycle principles, and software security.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with scripting/programming (Python/Javascript/Powershell).
• Prior experience with building automation protocols (Modbus/BACnet/SNMP).
• Prior experience with deploying and administering MongoDB.
• Prior experience in a DevOps environment or Data Engineering.
• Experience in a product role or the data center industry.
