Salary: $182,700 – $274,000 Annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the hirify.global AI Factory (Artemis) appliance form factor and vector retrieval layer.
• Translate customer and field signals into clear requirements and competitive differentiation across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments.
• Lead design-partner programs to validate demand and performance targets for low-latency retrieval.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and pricing teams to drive execution with a disciplined release cadence.
• Define success metrics through adoption, ecosystem attach, and margin health.
• Explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity and innovation across the internal workforce.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in product management, including Director-level leadership and ownership of end-to-end product launches.
• Direct experience in AI/ML infrastructure, appliance systems, or vector databases/retrieval systems.
• Experience with GPU-based systems and Kubernetes-based distributed platforms in on-prem or hybrid environments.
• Proven track record of owning large product lines with significant revenue or adoption goals.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with OEM/strategic partnerships (e.g., Dell Technologies) and building ISV integration programs.
• Familiarity with the vector database and unstructured data ecosystem.
• Experience building low-latency AI systems and setting measurable performance envelopes for retrieval/inference.
