Location: Porto, Portugal (frequent travel ~60% of time, typically 3 days/week; remaining time flexible remotely or coordinated with manager)

What you will do

  • Develop clusters strategically to expand market presence in your territory.
  • Manage full sales cycles from lead generation and cold prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to decision-makers convincingly.
  • Support implementation and identify upselling opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and documentation of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native) and good English (B2/C1) for global team communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or similar) with +8 years in key account management or similar, ideally in parking, smart city, or tech.
  • Experience selling complex services like SaaS, payment solutions, and relevant technologies.
  • Proven sales track record, confident in negotiations, results-driven.
  • Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Suite; self-motivated and independent.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills verbally and in writing.

  • Experience with P&D systems or mobile apps.
