Salary: $170,000–$195,000

What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global’s component library using reusable React components.
• Partner with designers to translate design systems, tokens, and interaction patterns into code.
• Develop design system tooling and improve workflows around theming, tokens, versioning, testing, and component discovery.
• Make architectural decisions for accessibility, performance, and consistency across the UI stack.
• Optimize build performance, bundling strategy, and package versioning for the component library.

Requirements

• Strong experience building modular, composable component libraries and/or design systems.
• Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with styling approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, Sass) and design system toolings (Storybook).
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and non-engineering partners.
• Strong attention to detail, a high bar for craft, and a genuine passion for accessibility.
• Familiarity with testing UI components and visual regression testing.
