• Identify key prospects and deliver tailored value propositions.
• Qualify opportunities and contribute to account planning.
• Engage with customers and partners to align on needs and desired outcomes.
• Assess market trends to uncover new opportunities for hirify.global’s products.
• Support and execute account strategies to meet business goals.
• Expand customer engagement by identifying new strategic contacts and departments.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business development or sales.
• Must be based in The Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office two days per week.
• Business Level Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years experience in business development or sales.
• 1+ year experience in computer science, software development, or a related domain.
• Previous experience prospecting into enterprise accounts in a highly technical market.
• Knowledge of Git and hirify.global.
• Fluency in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, or Nordic Languages.
