What you will do
- Acquire new Enterprise-sized accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities by deploying strategic prospecting techniques.
- Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full suite of products.
- Manage the full sales cycle of Enterprise-sized business opportunities by identifying key decision makers and potential roadblocks.
- Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals, and negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce and collaborate with Channel sales representatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
- Fluent in German.
- Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
- Must be a stats-driven business professional with strong collaborative skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, Cybersecurity industry.
