• Address technical challenges and customize solutions to align with client requirements.
• Act as a bridge between sales, partner managers, and product teams.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or technical customer-facing role, preferably with SaaS solutions.
• Background working with complex digital products.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and engage.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.
• A team player who values collective success and collaboration.
• Motivated by the challenge of entering new markets and driving growth.

• Experience with CRM systems in the e-commerce industry.
