What you will do

  • Lead a sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and career development.
  • Pitch and close deals with potential clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Manage new client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and initial transactions.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of expected sales volume.
  • Implement regional sales programs, sales actions, and training plans with your team.
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide sales methodology and sales administration processes.
  • Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
  • Experience in Financial Services (a network is an advantage).
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and develop people.
  • Experienced negotiator capable of building and leveraging senior-level relationships with SME clients.
  • Native proficiency in Dutch and fluent in English.
