What you will do
- Build a successful sales pipeline and achieve individual sales quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships up to C-level within an assigned portfolio.
- Act as a hirify.global ambassador, promoting value propositions and services.
- Prepare detailed account development plans and engagement strategies.
- Lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities.
- Accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes for opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record selling high-technology products to large organizations in the Swiss market.
- Ability to network and influence key decision-makers up to C-Level.
- Experience selling technically complex solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver value propositions effectively.
- Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Native fluency in French and business-level German are required.
