TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity, AI): Driving large and complex business opportunities for enterprise clients in the Swiss market, whilst growing existing client relationships. Focus on establishing and maintaining C-level relationships, articulating value propositions for technically complex cybersecurity solutions, and achieving sales quotas.

What you will do

  • Build a successful sales pipeline and achieve individual sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships up to C-level within an assigned portfolio.
  • Act as a hirify.global ambassador, promoting value propositions and services.
  • Prepare detailed account development plans and engagement strategies.
  • Lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes for opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling high-technology products to large organizations in the Swiss market.
  • Ability to network and influence key decision-makers up to C-Level.
  • Experience selling technically complex solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions effectively.
  • Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Native fluency in French and business-level German are required.
