Directors, Sales (AI): Building and developing a growing sales team for hirify.global Weave, an AI-native craft and creativity platform, with an accent on new business strategy, team leadership, and sales excellence. Focus on attracting top commercial talent, driving sales growth within enterprise accounts, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional leadership teams.

Location: This role can be held from our New York hub on a hybrid basis.

Salary: $211,000 – $264,000 USD

hirify.global is a platform dedicated to making design accessible, helping teams bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to translating designs into code, often leveraging AI.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the new business strategy for hirify.global Weave.
  • Attract, hire, and retain commercial talent to scale the hirify.global Weave Sales Team.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings and coach your team on strategies.
  • Bring strong sales excellence, process, and methodology to expand and scale the business.
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the sales team to exceed their goals.
  • Collaborate with Executive, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure market and member needs are serviced.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience (preferably SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs) and selling to executives.
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
  • Understanding of hirify.global Weave's technical and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
  • Must attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

  • Experience using or working with node-based design tools.
  • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.
