TL;DR

Account Director (AI): Managing key client relationships and driving strategic initiatives for successful campaign execution leveraging the WPP Open platform with an accent on agentic and generative capabilities. Focus on proposing innovative solutions, managing account profitability, and building trust-based relationships with C-level executives.

Location: Teams in the office around four days a week.

Salary: $60,000 to $140,000

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by demonstrating the value of hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Manage account profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving product offerings, particularly in the AI and content automation technology space.
  • Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced technology, advertising, or media agency environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of campaign management, advertising production processes, and digital marketing strategies, plus ad operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google tools for collaboration, reporting, and presentations.
  • Experience managing financial tasks related to client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Deep understanding and passion for agentic workflows and generative AI, machine learning, and ad tech, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
