What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing SDR team.
  • Design and operate an AI-powered tech stack for pipeline generation, streamlining data flow and refining prospect engagement.
  • Own SDR pipeline generation targets and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize data-driven outbound strategies, refining messaging and multi-channel sequences.
  • Coach the team on prospecting fundamentals, AI, and automation, using performance data to guide development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine targeting, campaign strategy, and reporting.
  • Innovate hirify.global’s outbound strategy by testing new tools, tactics, and channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including 1-3+ years in SDR or BDR management.
  • GTM engineering mindset, designing systems and studying the latest sales outbound innovations.
  • Deep experience with modern AI and automation platforms (e.g., Clay, Gong, Onum, Momentum).
  • Proven success building, scaling, and coaching high-performing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Expertise in Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Work hybrid from NYC Headquarters.
