What you will do

• Develop strategies for long-term business growth through Distribution Partners, assessing market opportunities.
• Build concrete initiatives and follow through to deliver results.
• Strengthen executive sponsorship and act as hirify.global's main point of contact for partners.
• Champion internal/external process details, streamlining operational engagement (quoting, logistics, invoicing).
• Develop and drive sales, technical, and marketing capabilities at Distribution Partners.
• Manage quarterly Distribution enablement funds and collaborate with Distributors to improve incremental sales.
• Drive action to capture and convert new target partners and leverage distributors for pipeline through technology alliances.
• Discuss and finalize yearly business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• Experience and familiarity with the distributor landscape in the country or Brazil.
• English proficiency required.
• Strategic mindset with a strong desire to achieve larger impacts through partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business with distribution partners in related industries.
