What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with agency partners within an assigned territory.
- Execute co-selling motions with Account Executives, including warm referrals and joint deal support.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets.
- Deliver product and sales enablement to help partners position hirify.global effectively.
- Represent hirify.global in partner meetings and select industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a channel, partner, or B2B SaaS sales role.
- Experience working with agencies or referral partners.
- Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships at once.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Must be able to work remotely within EMEA.
