TL;DR

Senior Channel Account Manager (SaaS): Manages and grows agency partner relationships to scale partner-led motions, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for an automated communication platform. Focus on executing co-selling efforts, onboarding and enabling partners, and ensuring consistent engagement across the assigned territory.

Location: Remote (EMEA)

Salary: $119,000 USD (base)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with agency partners within an assigned territory.
  • Execute co-selling motions with Account Executives, including warm referrals and joint deal support.
  • Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets.
  • Deliver product and sales enablement to help partners position hirify.global effectively.
  • Represent hirify.global in partner meetings and select industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a channel, partner, or B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Experience working with agencies or referral partners.
  • Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships at once.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Must be able to work remotely within EMEA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRMs, marketing automation, or integrated SaaS tools.
