What you will do
- Own the end-to-end solution strategy for complex SLED and Utilities opportunities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
- Lead executive-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation, including advanced demos and proofs of concept.
- Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience supporting SLED and/or Utilities customers in a technical pre-sales, solution advisory, or sales engineering capacity.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations and influence senior customer decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, security considerations, and compliance requirements common to public sector and regulated industries.
- Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that map technical capabilities to business and mission outcomes.
- Work from USA (Raleigh / New York City) in a hybrid arrangement.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience with government procurement processes or regulated sales cycles.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
