TL;DR

People & Talent Operations Specialist (Hrtech): Owns end-to-end hiring and people systems at hirify.global to make talent proactive, high-quality, and scalable with an accent on building always-on talent pools, candidate screening, and managing ATS infrastructure. Focus on improving onboarding/offboarding processes and ensuring strong-fit candidates move forward to later interview stages.

Location: Remote (Europe preferred)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain always-on talent pools for key hirify.global roles.
  • Own initial screening for all roles, assessing role fit, seniority, and communication clarity.
  • Manage candidate stages, feedback, and documentation in the ATS (Teamtailor).
  • Develop and improve job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Enhance onboarding processes to ensure new hires ramp quickly and understand expectations.
  • Develop structured offboarding procedures to capture learnings and protect institutional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in in-house recruiting, HR operations, or people operations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain hiring systems and processes.
  • Experience running first-stage candidate screening.
  • Direct experience working with an ATS (ideally Teamtailor or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and process quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in agencies, consulting, or fast-growing companies.
  • Experience hiring for remote, international teams.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding process design.
  • Experience improving or rebuilding hiring workflows from scratch.
  • Understanding of performance-driven, high-standards environments.
