We are looking for a HR Generalist, joined our office in Cyprus (Hytech is a leading management consulting firm. Our comprehensive solutions and support services help clients streamline operations and stay ahead with cutting-edge strategies.
Format: Full-time, hybrid after probation
Role:
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will take full ownership of HR operations and employee mobility processes in Cyprus
Responsibilities:
• Full employee lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding)
• Own & develop HRIS (incl. integrations: ATS, payroll, finance)
• Immigration processes (work permits, renewals, family permits)
• Relocation & business travel coordination
• Employee support
• Team events & corporate culture initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in HR / HR Ops / HR Generalist
• HRIS experience
• Cyprus immigration knowledge
• Relocation & travel coordination experience
• Fluent English & Russian
• Strong ownership & ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have: HR analytics, experience in international teams
