Senior ABM Manager (AI): Driving global account-centric strategy, acting as a bridge between Sales and Marketing, and penetrating top-tier accounts to maximize customer lifetime value with an accent on building data-driven ABM programs. Focus on analyzing performance through the qualified pipeline stage, and constantly optimizing tactics to ensure meaningful executive engagement.

Location: While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration

Salary: $115,000 to $168,000

What you will do

  • Drive and own the development of global ABM strategy, processes, and execution.
  • Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal mix of digital, events, social media, and innovative new channels.
  • Partner with Sales to implement ABM into account-level pipeline generation plans and develop contact-level insights to enrich accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance through to qualified pipeline, using data to adjust and optimize future results.
  • Build “ABM-as-a-Service” programs that can be executed at a geo or regional level by Field Marketing.
  • Collaborate with GTM Programs and Product Marketing to create a quarterly ABM Campaign Calendar and coordinate messaging with the Demand Gen team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology, with 5+ years of hands-on ABM experience.
  • Thorough understanding of how to plan, execute, and measure a global ABM strategy with a proven track record of showing ROI.
  • A strong collaborator with a curious mind who is always looking to learn and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
  • Proficient with 6sense, Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Marketo.
  • International experience building an equitable pipeline for a global Sales organization.
  • Highly proficient in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
