What you will do
- Inform strategy and execute global customer recognition and advocacy programs.
- Operationalize and manage high-touch executive engagement initiatives like the Executive Sponsor Program and Customer Advisory Boards.
- Orchestrate end-to-end production of customer success stories, video testimonials, and case studies.
- Drive third-party review strategy on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scale reference and referral programs for sales cycle impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, or Strategic Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to interface with and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic Storytelling: Ability to extract ROI-driven narratives from complex customer implementations.
- Operational Mindset: Experience building and scaling repeatable processes for global programs.
