What you will do
- Prospect and make recommendations to drive improvements for existing customers' businesses.
- Articulate the hirify.global Value Propositions of the hirify.global Technology Ecosystem.
- Grow and manage a sales funnel to meet sales targets.
- Leverage stakeholders to influence the buying process.
- Utilize resources to close deals with greater scale and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales and Account Executive or Account Management experience.
- Experience selling SaaS platform solutions across various industries.
- Proficiency in managing a large pipeline of prospects through Salesforce.
- Proven experience in utilizing key sales methodologies.
- Ability to work in the Plano office 3 days per week.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
