TL;DR

Manager, Account Executive (Fintech): Managing and developing a team of Account Executives to drive new business acquisition and quota attainment for a financial operations platform, with an accent on 1:1 coaching, pipeline generation strategies, and team performance management. Focus on refining sales development processes, hiring and training new AEs, and utilizing data analytics to optimize team output and efficiency.

Location: This Sales leadership role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ or SF office at least 3 days/week. Relocation support to NYC or SF is available as needed.

Compensation: $216,000–$330,000

What you will do

  • Manage, develop, and execute career development and leadership plans for a group of Account Executives, providing daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching.
  • Set and maintain a high-performing culture by overseeing daily activities and quota performance to ensure key metrics are met.
  • Hire and train new Account Executives on hirify.global’s product, buyer personas, competition, and tools.
  • Strategize with sales and marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectives.
  • Build dashboards, report on customer and team performance, and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Improve team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes, and build pipeline with new clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of quota carrying sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building and leading successful, high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and consistent performance above quota in an outbound sales environment.
  • Passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, demonstrated through excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms.
