Relationship Manager, Southern US (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level decision makers in assigned customer accounts.
• Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
• Present information about the organization’s products and services to customers via presentations and phone conversations.
• Proactively engage accounts to ensure there are no retention risks or losses.
• Respond to escalated customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in capital markets and/or fintech.
• Clear communication skills in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, at least 3 days a week in-office in Dallas, TX.
