TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Developing and executing business plans to drive pipeline and revenue within strategic financial services accounts, with an accent on expanding existing relationships and leveraging partner ecosystems. Focus on understanding client businesses, defining innovative solutions, and managing the complete customer lifecycle in enterprise software sales.

Location: This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US. Approximately 25% travel is required. Western geographic location is preferred, but not required.

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global Data Integrity Suite products and sales methodology.
  • Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue within assigned territory.
  • Build strong client relationships and expand into new accounts or buying centers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Services teams to create compelling business propositions.
  • Leverage internal and external partners to extend reach and impact.
  • Document sales steps and manage territory forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success with value- or outcome-based selling.
  • Working knowledge and selling experience in the financial services space.
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • Approximately 25% travel is required.

  • SaaS software sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the financial services space.
  • Successful selling history within a global company with a broad products/services portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience driving complex sales cycles and customer success within a matrixed selling organization.
