What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Define and own the platform vision and multi-year roadmap for adaptive experience configuration and orchestration.
- Deliver core capabilities including low/no-code tooling, orchestration layers, and APIs.
- Partner with engineering and ML teams to integrate personalization and optimization logic.
- Drive scalability, modularity, and performance, ensuring global applicability and compliance.
- Establish governance and lifecycle management for templates, configurations, and orchestration logic.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in building and scaling platform products for large-scale consumer experiences.
- Strong technical fluency in platform architecture, API design, and low/no-code systems.
- Experience with personalization, orchestration, or experience configuration platforms.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across engineering, data science, and design teams.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for enabling innovation through platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplaces or personalization platforms.
- Familiarity with adaptive UI frameworks, workflow orchestration, or modular design systems.
- Prior experience at scaled tech companies or platform-centric organizations.
