What you will do
- Drive customer happiness by showcasing customer value and reducing friction.
- Deliver against retention metrics, including Net Revenue Retention, product engagement, and NPS.
- Embed AI thoughtfully into the product experience for seamless and intelligent assistance.
- Champion AI-assisted product development practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to solve problems.
- Coach and mentor PMs and cross-functional partners to elevate product thinking.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS (ideally SMB).
- Understanding of how to deploy LLMs in production environments and a sharp eye for UX with AI.
- Strong communication skills to present strategies and tradeoffs to executives.
- Metrics-driven and comfortable pulling levers to hit aggressive targets.
- Customer-obsessed and genuinely care about the success of small businesses.
- Collaborative leader and thrive in a "squad leader" model.
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or PLG (Product-Led Growth).
- Direct experience with prompt engineering or RAG pipelines.
- Background in growth-focused initiatives (onboarding, monetization, or retention).
