What you will do

  • Drive customer happiness by showcasing customer value and reducing friction.
  • Deliver against retention metrics, including Net Revenue Retention, product engagement, and NPS.
  • Embed AI thoughtfully into the product experience for seamless and intelligent assistance.
  • Champion AI-assisted product development practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to solve problems.
  • Coach and mentor PMs and cross-functional partners to elevate product thinking.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS (ideally SMB).
  • Understanding of how to deploy LLMs in production environments and a sharp eye for UX with AI.
  • Strong communication skills to present strategies and tradeoffs to executives.
  • Metrics-driven and comfortable pulling levers to hit aggressive targets.
  • Customer-obsessed and genuinely care about the success of small businesses.
  • Collaborative leader and thrive in a "squad leader" model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or PLG (Product-Led Growth).
  • Direct experience with prompt engineering or RAG pipelines.
  • Background in growth-focused initiatives (onboarding, monetization, or retention).
