What you will do

  • Interface with stakeholders and engineering to bridge business value and technical support systems.
  • Own and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives from design to measured results.
  • Partner with engineering and end users to design scalable solutions focused on user experience and delivery speed.
  • Understand timelines, technical dependencies, and business goals to organize ambiguous ideas into functional requirements.
  • Advocate for best practices in fast-moving processes.
  • Own the product roadmap, refining priorities and communicating status with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a systems or technical scope.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platform integration is required.
  • Highly experienced in enabling customer support and onboarding system improvements.
  • Strong advocate for simplicity and user experience.
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex problems using a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business and technical languages.

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer support platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, etc).
