TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects to create revenue-generating opportunities with an accent on strategic prospecting and multi-channel outreach. Focus on gathering business insights and building relationships to position hirify.global as a long-term partner.

Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $47,500 to $50,000/yr

What you will do

  • Research and identify key decision-makers and industry trends to tailor outreach efforts.
  • Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach to generate high-value sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies.
  • Gather and analyze prospect data to uncover pain points and opportunities.
  • Leverage AI dialers, sales engagement platforms, and CRM tools to increase outreach efficiency.
  • Establish trust with potential clients through consultative conversations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we also value a high school diploma with two years of work, military, or relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ambitious, hard-working, and not afraid of healthy competition.
  • Resourceful and able to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, yet enjoy being part of a team.
