Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.
Salary: $47,500 to $50,000/yr

What you will do
- Research and identify key decision-makers and industry trends to tailor outreach efforts.
- Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach to generate high-value sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies.
- Gather and analyze prospect data to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Leverage AI dialers, sales engagement platforms, and CRM tools to increase outreach efficiency.
- Establish trust with potential clients through consultative conversations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we also value a high school diploma with two years of work, military, or relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
