TL;DR

Manager Creative Content Production: Overseeing production operations across content development, production, and post-production with an accent on driving operational excellence, managing complex workflows, and ensuring project delivery. Focus on leading end-to-end production planning, managing timelines and budgets, and improving production processes.

Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA. Regular travel to the Las Vegas venue is required.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with creative goals.
  • Establish and continuously improve production workflows, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee project tracking, ticketing, and closeout using tools such as Airtable.
  • Manage and support production team members by assigning work and providing guidance.
  • Partner with creative teams and internal stakeholders, providing status updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content production (producer, production manager, or senior coordinator roles).
  • Prior experience managing or leading production teams.
  • Proven success managing complex, high-volume creative productions.
  • Strong understanding of creative, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
  • Work during non-conventional hours will be required.
  • Travel to our venue in Las Vegas will be required.
