Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Support new and existing wealth manager and asset management integrations, including project management and business process design.
• Manage program and project management tasks, establishing detailed project plans and driving accountability.
• Implement client requirements through white label setup and platform configurations.
• Support the platform experience for strategic clients to maximize platform consumption.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps, vet solutions, and roll out new features.
• Document and update procedures, processes, and workflow, creating playbooks and client collateral.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, operations, or relationship management within financial services/fintech.
• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional project teams from inception to execution.
• Familiarity with software-based financial solutions (e.g., transaction systems, online forms).
• Excellent writing skills for detailed project documentation and business requirements.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics skills.
• English: B2 required.
