What you will do

• Coordinate multiple concurrent customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, updates, time tracking, and status reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal coordination and project workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery role.
• Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools (Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software implementations or professional services projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or SaaS delivery models.
• Exposure to the printing industry or Print MIS software.
• Experience working in smaller, fast-growing organizations.
