What you will do

• Obtain and define requirements for complex analytics projects with feedback and mentorship.
• Provide status updates on projects and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain project schedules and milestone documentation.
• Coordinate team tasks across various project tools and development resources.
• Act as a Scrum Master, coaching teams on Agile frameworks for quality product deliveries.
• Facilitate communications between cross-functional teams including Online Services, Data Engineering and Publishing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or project management related major.
• 1+ years of direct experience defining and facilitating multi-team, multi-location projects related to analytics or technical development.
• Proficiency in multiple software tools to manage projects and facilitate communication (Excel, Task Tracking Programs, Word, Figma, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of sprint methodologies, Scrum and their best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and work independently.

Nice to have

• Passion for the video game industry.
• Experience in data analytics and applications.
• Experience in understanding Game Customer Experience, Game Security and Trust & Safety basic concepts.
