What you will do
- Consult with Finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, VPs, Directors) to help them achieve full visibility and better control over all non-payroll company spend.
- Source, progress and close new accounts through a consultative and insight driven sales approach.
- Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other events to promote hirify.global services.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota for your territory.
- Work closely with sales leadership to refine and build the go-to-market strategies, product pitch and ideal customer profile.
Requirements
- Proven success of 2 to 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in selling to companies in the FinTech space.
- Exceptional technical aptitude; passion for understanding our technology and communicating its benefits to both technical and non-technical prospects.
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS and the greater financial ecosystem.
- Have prior experience working at fast growth companies.
- Have demonstrated pipeline building capabilities along with success in building both internal and external referral channels.
- Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.
