What you will do
- Develop and utilize knowledge of hirify.global Investment Suite products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to prospects and/or clients and develop a sufficient pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in your assigned territory while actively representing hirify.global at relevant marketing events.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and continuously develop product expertise and industry best-practice knowledge to support informed, consultative selling.
- Utilize internal CRM diligently, recording all client and/or prospect activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts per training guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
