What you will do
- Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams and drive full-cycle deals to close.
- Collaborate with your Sr. SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting.
- Schedule and deliver compelling online demos for qualified prospects.
- Uncover customer business needs and position hirify.global’s solutions effectively.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
- Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals.
- Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence.
- Ability to uncover business needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
