TL;DR

Location: Americas Remote

Salary: $115k Base + $115k Variable = $230kUSD OTE

What you will do

  • Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams and drive full-cycle deals to close.
  • Collaborate with your Sr. SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting.
  • Schedule and deliver compelling online demos for qualified prospects.
  • Uncover customer business needs and position hirify.global’s solutions effectively.
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
  • Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals.
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence.
  • Ability to uncover business needs and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
