- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving/exceeding sales quotas through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through relationship development with prospects and providing accurate forecasting.
- Identify and engage key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Conduct compelling product demos that showcase ROI and connect security awareness to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to articulate hirify.global's value proposition and security improvements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with consistent overachievement.
- Comfortable with highly self-sourced pipeline development.
- Expertise in uncovering underlying business issues and operational challenges.
- Ability to understand and articulate cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven capability to execute repeatable sales methodologies while managing multiple deals.
- Shows relentless determination to achieve quota and exceed targets.
