What you will do
- Regularly interact with partner principals, executives, and sales teams.
- Align hirify.global's go-to-market strategy with National Partners to ensure consistent growth.
- Conduct regular sales training for partner technical and sales teams.
- Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing business through channels.
- Define and deploy business plans, reviewing and reassessing quarterly.
- Oversee relationship building and account mapping activities between hirify.global's Sales organization and partners.
- Drive channel autonomy and independence through partner enablement programs.
Requirements
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels with a proven track record.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a National Partner or territory.
- Experience supporting the Sales / Channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions.
