Salary: $130,200–$195,600 USD annually

What you will do

  • Regularly interact with partner principals, executives, and sales teams.
  • Align hirify.global's go-to-market strategy with National Partners to ensure consistent growth.
  • Conduct regular sales training for partner technical and sales teams.
  • Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing business through channels.
  • Define and deploy business plans, reviewing and reassessing quarterly.
  • Oversee relationship building and account mapping activities between hirify.global's Sales organization and partners.
  • Drive channel autonomy and independence through partner enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels with a proven track record.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a National Partner or territory.
  • Experience supporting the Sales / Channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions.
