Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $136,500 USD - $146,100 USD (commission-eligible) for candidates residing in the United States.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fintech Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Own team performance across pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and close rates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching through deal reviews, call reviews, and live product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge of hirify.global’s Fintech offerings, competition, and market trends.
  • Drive consistent sales methodology, activity management, and CRM hygiene across the team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Fintech Account Executives as the team scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and developing B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services sales.
  • Track record of leading teams to consistent quota attainment.
  • Ability to coach objection handling, value-based selling, and deal strategy.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity leadership style with a customer-first mindset.
  • Must be based in the United States.
