What you will do
- Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated region.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions for team members.
- Engage in hands-on fieldwork with the team at least three days per week to provide support and guidance.
- Partner with team members to develop strategies for closing strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent for the sales team.
- Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective execution of the sales process.
Requirements
- Live in area relative to job posting location.
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Knowledge of the Payments Industry.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity with a high sense of urgency.
