TL;DR

District Sales Manager (Fintech): Leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated region with an accent on driving team performance and fostering growth through coaching and direct sales. Focus on conducting weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, sales coaching, and supporting strategic deals to ensure team success.

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the field and candidates must live in an area relative to the job posting location.

Salary: $60,000+ Base, with Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000+.

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated region.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions for team members.
  • Engage in hands-on fieldwork with the team at least three days per week to provide support and guidance.
  • Partner with team members to develop strategies for closing strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent for the sales team.
  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure effective execution of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Live in area relative to job posting location.
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Knowledge of the Payments Industry.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity with a high sense of urgency.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
