What you will do

• Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on channels such as META, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
• Monitor campaigns closely and conduct extensive campaign optimization, including ad copy testing and landing page performance improvements.
• Prepare and present results, reports, and analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are set up and continuously optimized for success.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and exchange knowledge with peers across countries and channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels and networks, especially META, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent time management, ability to articulate complex concepts to different audiences, and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with lead generation or omnichannel marketing is a plus.
