What you will do

• Own and execute the marketing strategy and brand presence in the German market.
• Build and scale a demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline.
• Translate global positioning into locally relevant messaging for legal professionals.
• Drive demand generation and brand awareness across digital, content and event channels.
• Build and manage partnerships within the German legal and legal-tech ecosystem.
• Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Founders to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, legal tech or high-growth startups.
• Strong hands-on experience in demand generation and performance marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in German (native-level) and English (fluent).
• Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella).
