What you will do

  • Evolve the brand and content strategy across all key customer touchpoints with a focus on performance-first creative.
  • Build, hire, and lead a lean in-house creative team including design, art direction, copy, and motion.
  • Establish creative quality standards, frameworks, and rigorous testing principles.
  • Oversee creative performance, develop hypotheses, and iterate based on data insights.
  • Partner with the Creative Strategist and Growth team to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage external agency and freelancer relationships while reducing dependency on them.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German required for local market intuition and copy oversight.
  • Significant experience leading both brand and performance creative teams.
  • Proven ability to build a creative function from scratch (0 to 1).
  • Strong expertise in paid social creative (Meta-first) and rapid testing.
  • Experience operating in regulated or trust-sensitive industries like healthcare or fintech.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI-powered creative tools, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
