TL;DR

Blockchain Partnerships Manager (Web3): Building and nurturing critical accounts and closing high-value commercial agreements with blockchain partners with an accent on driving market adoption and embedding Chainlink technology. Focus on developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies and managing the integration pipeline.

Location: Global remote, with a request to try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

Acquire and sign mutually exclusive deals with high-priority blockchain partners.
Manage a healthy integration pipeline by engaging with multiple partners simultaneously.
Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers, servicing tokenization and TradFi operations workflows.
Embed Chainlink technology and products into partner operational flows and tech stacks.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility.
Work cross-functionally to ensure internal alignment on deals and delivery timelines.

Requirements

3+ years of account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
At least 2 years of exposure in the web3 industry.
Strong opinions on high-potential chains/ecosystem projects with supporting reasoning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset capable of developing and executing innovative solutions.
Experience working within international and geographically distributed teams.
Strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts.

Nice to have

Track record of structuring and closing large deal sizes in Web3 infrastructure domains.
Work experience in TradFi, ideally digital asset-related.
Previous experience within venture capital settings.
