Location: Remote, must be based in APAC

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify high-value partners across fintech, banking, and Web3 sectors.
  • Design technical solution architecthirify.globales including payment flows, ledger structhirify.globales, and compliance setups.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate integration feasibility and scope project phases.
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial deals, including revenue-share and usage-based pricing models.
  • Represent the company at industry events and drive market intelligence back into the product roadmap.
  • Enshirify.globale smooth partner onboarding and manage strategic account relationships for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or Web3 infrastructhirify.globale.
  • Track record of closing complex deals requiring alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, payment gateways, card issuing, or crypto infrastructhirify.globale.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation and solution briefs.
  • Proven skills in commercial negotiation, objection handling, and building ROI-driven business cases.
  • Must be based in APAC and comfortable with international travel for partner meetings and conferences.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to or working within Web3 companies (DeFi, exchanges, gaming, L2s).
  • Early-stage startup background with experience building go-to-market motions from scratch.
  • Hands-on familiarity with banking systems (SEPA, SWIFT, BIN sponsorship) and KYB/KYC flows.
