Operations Project Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do

• Actively manage multiple medium-sized and large-scale projects from beginning to end.
• Coordinate and lead vendor ecosystems, holding external partners accountable for deliverables.
• Break down program and portfolio roadmaps into actionable workstreams and deliverables.
• Support capacity management, planning, and business & strategy operations.
• Lead transformation management efforts and facilitate planning and prioritization discussions.
• Communicate project milestones, issues, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project/program management experience working with Agile and Predictive methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate multi-vendor ecosystems, and interact confidently with senior management.
• Strong data integrity mindset, planning, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adapting style and format based on audience needs.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Confluence, Miro, Asana, and Jira.
• US work authorization is required; hirify.global does not sponsor immigration processing. Must be located in one of the specified US states or willing to relocate within the US.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience defining best practices for business operations / PMO.
• Startup experience.
• Certified Scrum Master.
